Reserving the Simmons School is easy! Follow the steps below :

1. Check the calendar page to see if the day you are interested in reserving is open.

2. Follow the link below (Reservation Form) to reserve the school house through this website OR...Print out a copy of this form and mail it to:

3. Reservations may also be made by telephone by calling Barb Johnson at (812) 546-4877.

4. Reservations should be made at least three weeks in advance of a planned visit. April and May fill up early.

5. Visits may be scheduled any weekday during the months of September - May, except during scheduled vacations or half days of the Flatrock-Hawcreek School Corporation.
